WKWK Land

This is actually my first post ever about Indonesia, a country that full of culture, a country that is known as "wkwk land". And I'm proud to be the people of Indonesia. Too much to be proud of besides the things that only make Indonesia divisive. Well, we have batik, Reog Ponorogo from East Java, etc., or wayang that we can find in Wayang Museum, Kota Tua in Jakarta - the capital city of Indonesia

Puppet Museum

There are a lot of kinds of wayang that are displayed in the museum, such as the Javanese wayang kulit and Sundanese wayang golek. Additionally, we can looked at the plate marking the tombstone of Jan Pieterszoon Coen inside the museum. Theater and workshops about wayang are also held occasionally. Here is the operasional hours of The Wayang Museum if you want to go there: OPEN EVERYDAY EXCEPT MONDAY from 09:00 AM - 15:00 PM, for Saturday and Sunday closing at 08:00 PM.

Museum Fatahillah

We can learn the history of Jakarta from the prehistory period of the city region, the founding of Jayakarta in 1527, the Dutch colonization period from the 16th century, until Indonesia’s Independence in 1945. There are also activities such as Kampung Tua Tour (min. 20 people), Museum Night Exploration (min. 20 people), Old House Sketch Workshop (min. 10 people), Performing Arts, etc. Here is the operasional hours of Fatahillah Museum if you want to go there: OPEN EVERYDAY EXCEPT MONDAY from 09:00 AM - 15:00 PM, also closed during holidays.
